About Christopher Bianco Arellano

An executive with experience in city planning, politics, and organized labor in education, Christopher Bianco Arellano holds an Ed.D. degree in organizational leadership from Pepperdine University and master’s degrees in social work and urban planning, policy, and development from the University of Southern California. Christopher Bianco Arellano currently serves as executive director of Tri-City Educators Uniserv, founding vice president of the Avance Democratic Party, and president and planning commissioner for the City of Los Angeles East Area Planning Commission. He also has more than 15 years of experience furnishing training related to organized labor in education.

In his role as executive director of Tri-City Educators Uniserv, Christopher B. Arellano oversees chapter organization and service programs, and provides consultation to members and leadership related to organizational development, contract negotiations, and membership retention. As a consultant, he also collaborates with colleagues to address current issues and problems facing educational professionals in the state of California.

Mr. Arellano has maintained membership in or served on the board of multiple professional organizations. These include the Los Angeles Democratic Party, California Association of Bilingual Education (CABE), the California Democratic Party, North East Democratic Club, and the Stonewall Democratic Club.
